Hydrogen Machines is operated by YBG Group International Pty Ltd (ABN 22 636 934 999). We collect only what we need to take and ship your order and to respond to your enquiries.
1. What we collect
- Contact enquiries: name, email, message.
- Orders: billing name, shipping address, phone, email, the products purchased.
- Payment: processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers or CVV codes.
- Site usage: standard server log data (IP, browser, pages visited).
2. How we use it
- To process orders, take payment and fulfil international shipping;
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
- To send order, shipping and warranty-related communications;
- To meet our legal, tax and consumer-law obligations.
3. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / similar)
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@hydrogenmachines.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
4. Retention
Order and invoice records: 7 years for tax purposes. Support correspondence: 3 years. Server logs: up to 90 days.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising choices
We use Google Analytics to measure visits, page use and completed purchases. Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta may receive browser/device information, page activity, advertising click identifiers and conversion information for advertising measurement and relevant advertising. First-party attribution cookies may retain campaign and click identifiers for up to 90 days. Payment card details are not included.
For visitors in Australia, the United States and countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising are enabled by default with a privacy notice and an opt-out. Ignoring or closing that notice does not turn them off. In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising are denied until you accept; an unresolved location also stays denied. Google Consent Mode v2 communicates these choices, and Google may receive limited cookieless consent signals when storage is denied.
Select Privacy choices in the footer on either site to turn off analytics, advertising or both at any time. Saving your choices updates tracking permissions immediately and preserves your refusal on later visits and across open tabs on the same site. A prior refusal is never replaced by a geographic default. We honour browser Global Privacy Control for advertising. Your choices are stored separately on each domain.
We retain your selected permissions, choice time, region and notice version to remember your preferences. Geographic advertising defaults are not explicit permission to share customer matching identifiers; we do not add customer matching or advertising uploads on this basis.
